Residential and Commercial site scrape’s are used when the building platform of the block is very close to natural ground level, and as such just need to have the top layer of grass removed. Site scrape’s involve removing all vegetation and then if needed leveling the block to the desired height, along with any rubbish that me get in the way of the builder. Usually scrape’s have minimal soil removal from site.
